My services are aimed at adults and young adults. Confidentiality is guaranteed, meaning the highest protection through legal professional secrecy. All content is treated confidentially. Sessions can be conducted in German and English. The practice is accessible and easily reached by lift. My practice is LGBTQ+ friendly.
The Person-centred Approach goes back to the American psychologist and psychotherapist Carl Rogers. The basic assumption is that healing happens through development. This can occur when people feel understood, safe, and valued. With this background, I offer psychotherapy in specialist training under teaching supervision.
I am a psychotherapist in specialist training under teaching supervision. This means that I am in the final stage of my training as a psychotherapist. "Under supervision" means that I am regularly accompanied and advised by experienced psychotherapists. Supervision contributes significantly to the quality assurance of my psychotherapeutic work. Naturally, supervision is subject to the duty of confidentiality, and the content of psychotherapy sessions is supervised anonymously.
A session lasts 50 minutes and costs €80. The initial consultation is free!
No-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged.
About me

With a background as a clinical social worker, I gained 10 years of experience in low-threshold drug work (Ganslwirt Drug Counselling Centre & Jedmayer Addiction Services Vienna) and in homelessness services (Samariterbund Residential Supported Living). In the course of this, I worked with people affected by exclusion and stigmatisation due to their drug use, poverty, or mental illnesses.
In my professional practice, I have always been guided by a humanistic, accepting approach. This continues in my work as a person-centred psychotherapist in training under supervision (Humanistic Therapy) according to Carl Rogers. I support individuals in getting to know and accept themselves better through personal encounter, thereby enabling change. The process is shaped together and on an equal footing, with clients determining the topic of the therapy.
I was born in Vienna in 1987, have no children, and live with my partner in the 2nd district.
