Contact me / personal data

If you contact me via the website's contact form or by email, your data will be stored by me for as long as is necessary for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. I will not pass this data on to third parties without your consent.

The provider automatically collects and stores information on the web server such as the browser used, operating system, referring page, IP address, time of access, etc. This data cannot be assigned to specific individuals without checking further data sources, and we do not further evaluate this data as long as there is no unlawful use of this website. I would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., when communicating by e-mail) can have security vulnerabilities. Unfortunately, complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible, despite the greatest care.

Contact form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass this data on without your consent.

The processing of the data entered into the contact form is therefore exclusively based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. A simple email to me is sufficient. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage ceases to apply (e.g., after your request has been fully processed). Mandatory legal provisions – particularly retention periods – remain unaffected.

Cookies

My website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of your browser. They do not cause any harm. Cookies are an essential part of the technology of the browser you use and help to improve your use of websites. Many cookies are necessary for the correct display of the website and also have an automatic deletion date; they are therefore only stored for the duration of your visit (session cookies).

You can block individual or all cookies. However, this may mean that certain functions on websites are no longer usable. I use cookies to make my website user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They allow, for example, your browser to be recognised on your next visit. If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

Web analysis

My website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043). This involves the use of cookies, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated by this is transferred to the provider's servers in the USA and stored there. You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored.

We have concluded a corresponding contract for order data processing with the provider. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymised (by deleting the last 8 bits). This only allows for a rough localisation. The anonymised IP address transmitted by the user's browser is not merged with other data from Google.

Google Maps

I use the map service Google Maps from Google LLC, based in Mountain View, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, CA 94043, USA, on my site. Google usually stores your IP address on servers in America. Unfortunately, I have no influence on data transfer. This is regulated in § 6 para. 1 of the GDPR. Your rights

You generally have the rights to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, revocation, and objection. You can contact me at any time for this purpose.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection claims have otherwise been violated, you can complain to the supervisory authority.
